目的剖宫产术中大出血应用宫腔放置水囊压迫止血的疗效分析。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2013年1月我院行子宫下段剖宫产术中大出血放置水囊压迫止血的病例62例临床资料。结果62例剖宫产术中大出血病例中，水囊放置对全部病例均达到了有效的止血效果。所观察病例中，有8例患者在术后4~6 h水囊自行脱出，水囊脱出时检查子宫收缩良好，阴道出血量无明显增加，未再二次放置水囊。结论宫腔放置水囊压迫则具备取材方便、放置及取出操作简单、省时的优点，且可根据宫腔大小随时调整水囊大小，达到良好的压迫止血作用。
목적부궁산술중대출혈응용궁강방치수낭압박지혈적료효분석。방법회고성분석2010년1월~2013년1월아원행자궁하단부궁산술중대출혈방치수낭압박지혈적병례62례림상자료。결과62례부궁산술중대출혈병례중，수낭방치대전부병례균체도료유효적지혈효과。소관찰병례중，유8례환자재술후4~6 h수낭자행탈출，수낭탈출시검사자궁수축량호，음도출혈량무명현증가，미재이차방치수낭。결론궁강방치수낭압박칙구비취재방편、방치급취출조작간단、성시적우점，차가근거궁강대소수시조정수낭대소，체도량호적압박지혈작용。
Objective To analysis the effect of intraoperative hemorrhage using uterine cavity placed water sac compression hemostasis cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 January to 2013 January in our hospital cesarean section hemorrhage placed water sac compression hemostasis cases of clinical data of 62 cases. Results 62 cases of hemorrhage in cesarean section cases, water bag placed on all of the cases were achieved hemostasis effect. The observed cases, there were 8 patients in the postoperative 4~6 hours to drop water bag, water bag check good prolapse uterine contraction, vaginal bleeding volume did not increase, no two placed water sac. Conclusion Uterine placed water sac compression has advantages of convenient, simple operation, time saving and out of place, and according to the uterine size at any time to adjust the water sac size, to achieve hemostasis ef ect good.
