目的:分析健康体检人群颈动脉硬化检出情况,为心脑血管疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法对2012年1月1日至12月31日期间在我院健康管理中心健康体检并进行颈动脉超声检查的41234例人员颈动脉硬化检出情况进行统计分析,比较不同年龄、不同性别颈动脉硬化检出率、斑块性质之间的差异及斑块易发部位。结果41234例受检者中,超声检查发现颈动脉硬化10735例,总检出率为26.03%。其中男性硬化检出人数8175例,占全部受检男性的28.40%;女性硬化检出人数2560例,占全部受检女性的20.57%。男性明显高于女性,男性检出年龄早于女性,检出率随年龄段增长而增加;女性稳定斑块比例明显高于男性。结论颈动脉超声检查有助于早期发现动脉硬化患者,尽早进行干预治疗以减少脑血管病的发病率。
目的:分析健康體檢人群頸動脈硬化檢齣情況,為心腦血管疾病的防治提供科學依據。方法對2012年1月1日至12月31日期間在我院健康管理中心健康體檢併進行頸動脈超聲檢查的41234例人員頸動脈硬化檢齣情況進行統計分析,比較不同年齡、不同性彆頸動脈硬化檢齣率、斑塊性質之間的差異及斑塊易髮部位。結果41234例受檢者中,超聲檢查髮現頸動脈硬化10735例,總檢齣率為26.03%。其中男性硬化檢齣人數8175例,佔全部受檢男性的28.40%;女性硬化檢齣人數2560例,佔全部受檢女性的20.57%。男性明顯高于女性,男性檢齣年齡早于女性,檢齣率隨年齡段增長而增加;女性穩定斑塊比例明顯高于男性。結論頸動脈超聲檢查有助于早期髮現動脈硬化患者,儘早進行榦預治療以減少腦血管病的髮病率。
목적:분석건강체검인군경동맥경화검출정황,위심뇌혈관질병적방치제공과학의거。방법대2012년1월1일지12월31일기간재아원건강관리중심건강체검병진행경동맥초성검사적41234례인원경동맥경화검출정황진행통계분석,비교불동년령、불동성별경동맥경화검출솔、반괴성질지간적차이급반괴역발부위。결과41234례수검자중,초성검사발현경동맥경화10735례,총검출솔위26.03%。기중남성경화검출인수8175례,점전부수검남성적28.40%;녀성경화검출인수2560례,점전부수검녀성적20.57%。남성명현고우녀성,남성검출년령조우녀성,검출솔수년령단증장이증가;녀성은정반괴비례명현고우남성。결론경동맥초성검사유조우조기발현동맥경화환자,진조진행간예치료이감소뇌혈관병적발병솔。
Objective To explore the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis among adults health examination participants and to provide reliable evidence for the control and prevention of the cerebrovascular disease. Methods 41 234 adults health examination participants from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 were studied. The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis, the size and the plaque property were analyzed with age and sex. Results The total detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis of the subjects was 26.03%. The detection rate in male was significantly higher than that in female(28.04%and 20.57%, respectively). The rates were increased with age group in male. The proportion of stable plaque in female was significantly higher than that in male. Conclusion Carotid ultrasonography can contribute to diagnosis carotid atherosclerosis early. We should intensive to monitor the carotid atherosclerosis and result in prevention of the cerebrovascular disease.
