This paper describes the technical difficulties and solutions for the separation and purification of membrane proteins in proteomic analysis in vascular endothelial cell. It contains purposes, difficulties and solutions. Plasma membranes and their associated proteins are important parts of a key biological interface between the outside and the inside of the cell. Study of membrane proteins has received increasing attention, as a basis for the separation and purification of membrane proteins is the key to the success of the experiment.
