青光眼滤过手术是降低青光眼眼内压的主要手术方法，其目的是为了建立一个可替代的房水流出通道来降低眼内压，避免术后瘢痕形成是通道建立的关键。免疫抑制剂如丝裂霉素C、5-氟尿嘧啶用来对抗滤过术后瘢痕形成由来已久。虽然这些药物提高手术的成功率，但不良反应、并发症一直困扰着临床医生。近年来，不断有新型抗瘢痕药物被发现，本文就最近几年用于青光眼滤过术的抗瘢痕药物作一综述。

Glaucoma filtration surgery is the main method to reduce intraocular pressure. The aim is to build an alternative aqueous outflow pathway to reduce intraocular pressure. The key to a successful outcome is to avoid the formation of cicatrices. Immunosuppressant such as mitomycin C and 5-fluorouracil have been used in glaucoma filtering surgery for many years. These have improved the successful rate of the surgery, but have more complications, and have some puzzles that have not been solved yet. New anticicatrix agents have recently been discovered. In this summary, the authors will make the conclusion of these articles.
