甲状腺结节是一种常见的临床问题，甲状腺细针穿刺（TFNA）细胞学检查是鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性的金标准，TFNA可以明确62%～85%的甲状腺结节为良性，但约15%～30%的甲状腺结节无法通过TFNA明确良恶性，这不确定的甲状腺结节隐含着恶性的风险，因此目前的临床挑战是如何可靠地区分良性恶性肿瘤，而分子标记物的发展已经为甲状腺结节良恶性的鉴别诊断提供了新的诊断方法，新型测序技术的发展有望在甲状腺结节中进一步提高癌症诊断的准确性，并提供个性化的治疗方法，有望在临床实践中广泛开展。

Thyroid nodules are a common clinical problem, thyroid fine needle aspiration (TFNA) cytology is the gold standard of identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, TFNA can explicitly 62%-85% of benign thyroid nodules , but about 15%-30% of thyroid nodules can not clearly distinguish benign from malignant, these indeterminate thyroid nodules imply an uncertain risk of malignancy, so the current clinical challenge is how to reliably distinguish benign from malignant tumors. The development of molecular markers of thyroid nodules have provided a new diagnostic methods for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant, the development of new sequencing technology is expected to further increase diagnosis accuracy of cancers in thyroid nodules, and provide personalized treatment, which is expected in clinical practice extensively.
