根据微张力减径工艺,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对厚壁微张力减径过程进行三维热力耦合数值计算,得到了钢管经过各个机架的应力场、应变场、温度场、壁厚分布及轧制力变化以及金属的不均匀变形状态。数值模拟的结果能够较好的反应钢管壁厚不均的成因,为分析产品缺陷,为减径工艺设计提供了指导。
根據微張力減徑工藝,採用大型通用有限元分析軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA對厚壁微張力減徑過程進行三維熱力耦閤數值計算,得到瞭鋼管經過各箇機架的應力場、應變場、溫度場、壁厚分佈及軋製力變化以及金屬的不均勻變形狀態。數值模擬的結果能夠較好的反應鋼管壁厚不均的成因,為分析產品缺陷,為減徑工藝設計提供瞭指導。
근거미장력감경공예,채용대형통용유한원분석연건ANSYS/LS-DYNA대후벽미장력감경과정진행삼유열력우합수치계산,득도료강관경과각개궤가적응력장、응변장、온도장、벽후분포급알제력변화이급금속적불균균변형상태。수치모의적결과능구교호적반응강관벽후불균적성인,위분석산품결함,위감경공예설계제공료지도。
Based on micro tension reducing technology and adopting universal heavy duty finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, three dimensional and thermomechanical coupling numerical calculation has been conduc -ted for thick wall micro tension reducing process , further stress field, strain field, temperature field, wall thickness distribution and roll force change as well as uneven deformation situation of metal have been worked out when pipe was passing by each mill.The result of numerical simulation could illustrate uneven cause of pipe wall thickness efficiently , which provided guidance for analyzing products defect and reducing process design .
