巨型电铲作为矿山露天开采中最主要的大型装备之一,其施工中的可靠性是影响开采效率的重要因素。在挖掘作业过程中,电铲铲斗的全部挖掘力和举升力都是通过斗杆传递的,受力工况复杂,因此斗杆失效率较高。本文使用Inventor软件对美国P&H公司4100XPC型电铲的主要结构进行了建模,并针对实际工况对挖掘装置进行了运动学仿真,同时,在危险工况下对斗杆进行了有限元分析。最后,通过分析斗杆各部位的应力值,对巨型电铲的国产化设计和制造进行了探索。

Huge excavator is one of main heavy duty equipments of mine opencast exploitation , and its reliability in operation is a key factor to influence mining efficiency .The total digging force and rise force of excavator bucket are transmitted by bucket rod in digging working operation so that complex stress conditions make failure rate of bucket rod become higher.The paper has established the model of main structure of 4100XPC type excavator of American P&H Corporation by Inventor software, furthermore digging machine has been carried out dynamic simulation regarding to practical situation, meanwhile bucket rod has been conducted finite element analysis in critical condition .Finally, by analyses on stress values of bucket rod sections , domestic design and manufacture of huge excavator have been explored and discussed.
