城市居民区道路出入口的安全控制问题，一直以来未能得到有效的解决，给居民的出行带来了许多不便。通过分析居民区出入口交通特性、事故成因等几个方面，同时结合国外居民区交通控制的经验，提出了利用交通宁静化技术来改善居民区出入口的交通控制及与外接道路的安全衔接，并通过交通仿真试验进行效果分析，最终归纳出若干符合我国现状的宁静化措施，用以提高此类出入口的交通安全水平，降低交通事故率。

In view of the safety control problem about urban district entrance,which has not been effectively solved,resulting in a lot of inconvenience to the residents travel.In this article,through ana-lyzing on the residential entrance traffic characteristics,causes of accidents and combining with the for-eign residential traffic control experience,proposed to use traffic calming technique to improve the resi-dential entrance traffic control and security connection between district entrance and highway,which is validated by the traffic simulation.Ultimately it is summed up some effective measures,which is aimed at the current situation of our country,to improve the level of traffic safety and reduce the rate of traffic ac-cidents in the entrance.
