目的:研究健身气功八段锦对老年慢性病患者自我效能的影响,帮助老人提高自我效能,积极探索提高老年慢性病患者生活质量的方法。方法将老年人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组老人在常规护理基础上进行规律八段锦锻炼,持续24周后进行自我效能评价。结果实验组老人干预前后自我效能总分及各维度差异,P<0.05,表明干预效果明显;对照组老年人干预前后自我效能总分及各维度评分比较,P>0.05,表明干预前后无变化,两组老人干预后自我效能总分及各维度评分,P<0.05,表明干预效果明显。结论长期规律的八段锦锻炼能提高老年慢性病患者的自我效能。

목적:연구건신기공팔단금대노년만성병환자자아효능적영향,방조노인제고자아효능,적겁탐색제고노년만성병환자생활질량적방법。방법장노년인수궤분위실험조화대조조,실험조노인재상규호리기출상진행규률팔단금단련,지속24주후진행자아효능평개。결과실험조노인간예전후자아효능총분급각유도차이,P<0.05,표명간예효과명현;대조조노년인간예전후자아효능총분급각유도평분비교,P>0.05,표명간예전후무변화,량조노인간예후자아효능총분급각유도평분,P<0.05,표명간예효과명현。결론장기규률적팔단금단련능제고노년만성병환자적자아효능。
Objective To study the influence of Eight Trigrams Boxing on self-efficacy of senile chronic sufferers,help improve their self-efficacy,and actively explore methods to improve the quality of life of senile chronic sufferers.Methods The elderly were randomly di-vided into experim ental group and control group ,and the experim ental group practiced Eight Trigrams Boxing on the basis of routine nurs-ing.Self-efficacy was assessed after 24 weeks.Results In the experim ental group,the self-efficacy total score and dimension difference be-tween before and after intervention was P<0 .05 ,showing significant intervention effects.In the control group ,the self-efficacy total score and dimension difference between before and after intervention was P>0 .05 ,showing no obvious intervention effects.After the intervention , the self-efficacy total score and dimension difference in both groups between before and after intervention was P<0 .05 ,showing significant intervention effects.Conclusion Long-term regular Eight Trigrams Boxing can improve self-efficacy in senile chronic sufferers.
