A kind of standard substance for permeation tube of a particular propellent was produced by using high purity hydrazine anhydrous as the original material. Under the help of homogeneity and stablization test and indeterminacy estimation, the substance was proven to be with high mass homogeneity and stablization, and can be used as the test and calibration standard for gas density sensor of a kind of propellent of the refered type.
