从市面上在售的4种基质中筛选出最适合辣椒工厂化育苗的基质。试验选用江苏柴米河、乌鲁木齐市禾宝、上海孙桥、米东丰禾源这4种基质,通过衡量不同时期幼苗的形态指标,如成苗的叶绿素相对含量、出苗率,幼苗株高和茎粗,幼苗的节间长度,幼苗的整齐度,幼苗的真叶数,幼苗的根冠鲜重比来衡量4种基质的优劣。试验结果表明,乌市禾宝基质对辣椒工厂化育苗出苗率的作用效果最好,江苏柴米河对辣椒幼苗的各个形态指标作用最好。4种基质中,上海孙桥由于出苗率最低且辣椒幼苗的形态指标最次,所以它对辣椒幼苗的作用效果最差。在辣椒工厂化育苗中,可以选择乌鲁木齐禾宝或者江苏柴米河作为辣椒的育苗基质。
從市麵上在售的4種基質中篩選齣最適閤辣椒工廠化育苗的基質。試驗選用江囌柴米河、烏魯木齊市禾寶、上海孫橋、米東豐禾源這4種基質,通過衡量不同時期幼苗的形態指標,如成苗的葉綠素相對含量、齣苗率,幼苗株高和莖粗,幼苗的節間長度,幼苗的整齊度,幼苗的真葉數,幼苗的根冠鮮重比來衡量4種基質的優劣。試驗結果錶明,烏市禾寶基質對辣椒工廠化育苗齣苗率的作用效果最好,江囌柴米河對辣椒幼苗的各箇形態指標作用最好。4種基質中,上海孫橋由于齣苗率最低且辣椒幼苗的形態指標最次,所以它對辣椒幼苗的作用效果最差。在辣椒工廠化育苗中,可以選擇烏魯木齊禾寶或者江囌柴米河作為辣椒的育苗基質。
종시면상재수적4충기질중사선출최괄합랄초공엄화육묘적기질。시험선용강소시미하、오로목제시화보、상해손교、미동봉화원저4충기질,통과형량불동시기유묘적형태지표,여성묘적협록소상대함량、출묘솔,유묘주고화경조,유묘적절간장도,유묘적정제도,유묘적진협수,유묘적근관선중비래형량4충기질적우렬。시험결과표명,오시화보기질대랄초공엄화육묘출묘솔적작용효과최호,강소시미하대랄초유묘적각개형태지표작용최호。4충기질중,상해손교유우출묘솔최저차랄초유묘적형태지표최차,소이타대랄초유묘적작용효과최차。재랄초공엄화육묘중,가이선택오로목제화보혹자강소시미하작위랄초적육묘기질。
The purpose is to select the most suitable substrate for pepper factory nursery from four substrates in the sale. Taking 4 substrates from Jiangshu, Urumqi, Shanghai, Midong as materials, morphological indicators of seedlings in different periods, such as the relative contents of chlorophyll of adult seedling, emergence rate, seedling height and stem diameter, internode length and uniformity of seedlings, leaf number, fresh weight ratio of root to canopy were determined. The experimental results showed that Hebao from Urumqi had the best effect on pepper factory nursery seedling emergence, and Chai Mihe from Jiangsu had good performance in the various morphological indicators of seedlings. Due to the lowest germination rate and the worst effects on morphological indicator, Sunqiao from Shanghai is the worst substrate. In chili factory nursery the Hebao from Urumqi or the Chai Mihe from Jiangsu can be chosen as seedling substrates.
