目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的方法并评价其疗效。方法2008年1月～2011年3月，我科应用锁定钢板手术治疗20例桡骨远端C型骨折患者，其中右侧15例，左侧5例，术后根据Sarmiento腕关节功能标准进行评定。结果优12例，良4例，可2例，优良率达到90.0%。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折是一种有效的方法。
목적：탐토쇄정강판치료뇨골원단C형골절적방법병평개기료효。방법2008년1월～2011년3월，아과응용쇄정강판수술치료20례뇨골원단C형골절환자，기중우측15례，좌측5례，술후근거Sarmiento완관절공능표준진행평정。결과우12례，량4례，가2례，우량솔체도90.0%。결론쇄정강판치료뇨골원단C형골절시일충유효적방법。
Objective To explore the locking plate for the treatment of distal radius method of C type fractures and evaluate the therapy effect. Methods From January 2008 to March 2011, 20 patients with type C distal radius fractures, of which 15 cases on the right side, left side in 5 cases, were treated with locking plate, according to the Sarmiento to assess wrist function. Results 12 cases were superior, 4 cases were good, 2 cases less good. Fine rate is 90.0%. Conclusion Locking plate for the treatment of distal radius c type fracture is a kind of effective method.
