目的：探讨缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压心脏病的临床疗效。方法选取我院治疗的高血压心脏病患者100例。随机分为两组，每组各50例。观察组给予口服缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗；对照组给予口服缬沙坦治疗，观察患者在服药16周之后的收缩压（SBP）与舒张压（DBP）、左室肥厚（LVH）、心电图及心动超声的指标改善情况。结果观察组总有效率（94.0%）明显高于对照组的70.0%（P＜0.05）；两组患者的SBP、DBP、左室高血压及LVH 指标与治疗前相比均有所降低，观察组指标降低的幅度显著大于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压心脏病可以有效缓解心功能，且副作用较小，治疗效果显著，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토힐사탄연합경록새진치료고혈압심장병적림상료효。방법선취아원치료적고혈압심장병환자100례。수궤분위량조，매조각50례。관찰조급여구복힐사탄연합경록새진치료；대조조급여구복힐사탄치료，관찰환자재복약16주지후적수축압（SBP）여서장압（DBP）、좌실비후（LVH）、심전도급심동초성적지표개선정황。결과관찰조총유효솔（94.0%）명현고우대조조적70.0%（P＜0.05）；량조환자적SBP、DBP、좌실고혈압급LVH 지표여치료전상비균유소강저，관찰조지표강저적폭도현저대우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론힐사탄연합경록새진치료고혈압심장병가이유효완해심공능，차부작용교소，치료효과현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease. Methods 100 cases with hypertensive heart disease in our hospital were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,and 50 cases in each group,The observation group received oral administration of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide treatment, The control group received oral administration of valsartan treatment,observation the systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH),improvement of electrocardiogram and ultrasound heartbeat index after 16 weeks. Results The total efficiency of observation group (94.0%) is much higher than control group (70.0%)(P<0.05).The SBP, DBP, LVH and hypertensive of Left ventricular of two groups are much lower, but the observation group is much superior than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can ease the heart function effectively,and the side effect is little,curative effect is remarkable, It is worthy of popularization and Application.
