目的:建立当归藤中儿茶素的含量高效液相色谱法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为C18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸溶液(15︰85),检测波长为280nm。结果儿茶素进样量在0.26~1.35μg之间与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.26%,RSD为2.6%(n=6)。结论所建立的含量测定方法可行,质量可控,稳定性良好。
目的:建立噹歸籐中兒茶素的含量高效液相色譜法。方法採用HPLC法進行測定,色譜柱為C18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),流動相為甲醇-0.5%冰乙痠溶液(15︰85),檢測波長為280nm。結果兒茶素進樣量在0.26~1.35μg之間與峰麵積值呈現良好的線性關繫,r=0.9997,平均迴收率為98.26%,RSD為2.6%(n=6)。結論所建立的含量測定方法可行,質量可控,穩定性良好。
목적:건립당귀등중인다소적함량고효액상색보법。방법채용HPLC법진행측정,색보주위C18주(5μm,4.6×250mm),류동상위갑순-0.5%빙을산용액(15︰85),검측파장위280nm。결과인다소진양량재0.26~1.35μg지간여봉면적치정현량호적선성관계,r=0.9997,평균회수솔위98.26%,RSD위2.6%(n=6)。결론소건립적함량측정방법가행,질량가공,은정성량호。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Catech in the Embelia parviflora Wall by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on an C18 column(5μm,4.6×250mm) using methanol-0.1%H3PO4(15︰85) as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 280nm determinate scutellarin of barbata. Results The linear range of scutellarin was 0.26 ~ 1.35μg,the mean recovery was 98.26% with RSD 2.6%(n=6). Conclusion The method of determination is feasible formulated granules could be control lable in quality and shows good stability.
