目的：建立当归藤中儿茶素的含量高效液相色谱法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定，色谱柱为C18柱（5μm，4.6×250mm），流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸溶液（15︰85），检测波长为280nm。结果儿茶素进样量在0.26～1.35μg之间与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系，r=0.9997，平均回收率为98.26%，RSD为2.6%（n=6）。结论所建立的含量测定方法可行，质量可控，稳定性良好。
목적：건립당귀등중인다소적함량고효액상색보법。방법채용HPLC법진행측정，색보주위C18주（5μm，4.6×250mm），류동상위갑순-0.5%빙을산용액（15︰85），검측파장위280nm。결과인다소진양량재0.26～1.35μg지간여봉면적치정현량호적선성관계，r=0.9997，평균회수솔위98.26%，RSD위2.6%（n=6）。결론소건립적함량측정방법가행，질량가공，은정성량호。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Catech in the Embelia parviflora Wall by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on an C18 column(5μm,4.6×250mm) using methanol-0.1%H3PO4(15︰85) as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 280nm determinate scutellarin of barbata. Results The linear range of scutellarin was 0.26 ~ 1.35μg,the mean recovery was 98.26% with RSD 2.6%(n=6). Conclusion The method of determination is feasible formulated granules could be control lable in quality and shows good stability.
