目的：了解广西天等县近年梅毒、淋病、艾滋病和HIV阳性病例流行病学特征，分析其流行规律，为该县制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集该县2004～2011年的梅毒、淋病、AIDS/HIV阳性病例疫情资料，采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果2011年全县总人口33万，2004～2011年8年报告梅毒、淋病、艾滋病和HIV阳性病例共1576例，年均人群发病率为60.46/10万，其中淋病为19.26/10万，梅毒为33.30/10万， AIDS/HIV阳性为7.90/10万，年均人群死亡率为2.46/10万，为该县引起死亡病例的主要传染病。患者中男性高于女性为1.19∶1，全县各乡镇各种职业和各年龄组均有患者存在，以农民发病人数为最多占74.94%。梅毒和AIDS/HIV阳性病例近几年呈现较明显的平行上升，两种病例数之比为4.21∶1。结论该县淋病、梅毒、AIDS/HIV阳性病例逐年增多，AIDS/HIV阳性病例已从城市向农村、从高危人群向普通人群扩散，并以性传播为主，需进一步加强当地的防治工作。
목적：료해엄서천등현근년매독、임병、애자병화HIV양성병례류행병학특정，분석기류행규률，위해현제정방치책략제공과학의거。방법수집해현2004～2011년적매독、임병、AIDS/HIV양성병례역정자료，채용Excel연건진행통계분석。결과2011년전현총인구33만，2004～2011년8년보고매독、임병、애자병화HIV양성병례공1576례，년균인군발병솔위60.46/10만，기중임병위19.26/10만，매독위33.30/10만， AIDS/HIV양성위7.90/10만，년균인군사망솔위2.46/10만，위해현인기사망병례적주요전염병。환자중남성고우녀성위1.19∶1，전현각향진각충직업화각년령조균유환자존재，이농민발병인수위최다점74.94%。매독화AIDS/HIV양성병례근궤년정현교명현적평행상승，량충병례수지비위4.21∶1。결론해현임병、매독、AIDS/HIV양성병례축년증다，AIDS/HIV양성병례이종성시향농촌、종고위인군향보통인군확산，병이성전파위주，수진일보가강당지적방치공작。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDS and HIV-positive cases in Tiandeng county Guangxi in recent years,and analyze their epidemic pattern for providing scientific basis for developing prevention and treatment strategies. Methods Data about syphilis,gonorrhea,AIDS/HIV patients from 2004 to 2011 were collected and analyzed statistically using Excellsoftware. Results The total population was more than 330 000 in that county in 2011, a total of 1576 cases of syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDS and HIV-positive cases were reported from 2004 to 2011 the annual average incidence rate was 60.46/100 000, including gonorrhea 19.26/100 000,syphilis 33.30/100 000, AIDS/HIV-positive 7.90/100 000, the average annual mortality was 2.46/100 000,which were the major infectious diseases resulting in death. The ratio of the male patients to female patients was 1.19∶1, the patients were distributed among all age groups,towns and occupations, The incidence rate of farmers(74.94%)ranked first. The syphilis and AIDS/HIV-positive cases in recent years showed parallel rise significantly,the ratio of the number of syphilis cases to AIDS/HIV-positive cases was 4.21 ∶ 1. Conclusion The gonorrhea, syphilis, AIDS/HIV-positive cases in this county increased year by year,AIDS/HIV-positive cases spread from urban to rural, from high-risk groups to the general population,mainly sexually transmitted.There ia a need for further strenthening local prevention and treatment.
