目的：观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择100例功能性消化不良患者，随机分为观察组48例与对照组52例，两组患者同时使用莫沙必利进行治疗，观察组加用舒肝解郁胶囊，两组患者疗程均为6周，比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果观察组患者总有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=82.317，P＜0.05)；不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），且症状轻微未中断治疗；观察组的复发率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利可以提高功能性消化不良的治疗效果，且不良反应少，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰서간해욱효낭연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량적림상료효。방법선택100례공능성소화불량환자，수궤분위관찰조48례여대조조52례，량조환자동시사용막사필리진행치료，관찰조가용서간해욱효낭，량조환자료정균위6주，비교량조환자적료효、불량반응화복발정황。결과관찰조환자총유효솔명현우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(x2=82.317，P＜0.05)；불량반응발생솔량조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），차증상경미미중단치료；관찰조적복발솔명현저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론서간해욱효낭연합막사필리가이제고공능성소화불량적치료효과，차불량반응소，복발솔저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided randomly into the observation group(n=48) and control group (n=52).All patients in each group were given mosapride citrate tablets,the patients in the observation group were given Shuganjieyu capsule in addition to mosapride citrate tablets,the course of treatment was for 6 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The general therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was superior to the control group(x2=82.317,P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and symptoms was slight without interrupted treatment.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Combination therapy of mosapride citrate tablets and Shuganjieyu capsule for functional dyspepsia can improve significantly therapeutic efficacy,reduces adverse reaction and recurrence rate,it is worthy to spread in clinic.
