盐敏感(SS)是人群中个体间对限盐措施或盐负荷呈现血压升高或降低的反应,是个体对高血压的遗传易感性,也是影响高血压及其并发症发生发展的一个重要因素。盐敏感性的早期识别诊断、盐敏感性易感基因及其遗传因素等的研究对高血压发病机制及防治措施的研究有重要意义。目前关于血压盐敏感性易感基因的研究报道中存在较大差异,可能与种族差异、饮食习惯、环境因素、基因环境交互作用及样本含量等有关。本文对近年国内外关于盐敏感性易感基因的研究进行综述,可作为血压盐敏感性研究的候选基因有钠泵基因、α-adducin基因、胰岛素受体β亚单位基因、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因、激肽释放酶-激肽系统(KKS)通路的部分基因、可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)基因等。

Salt sensitivity(SS) is the response of elevated or reduced the blood pressure of individuals in the crowd to salt restriction measures or salt loading, is the individual's genetic predisposition for hypertension, and also is an important factor to influence the development of hypertension and its complications. Early identification and diagnosis of salt-sensitive, and the study on susceptibility gene of salt-sensitivity and its genetic factors are significant to the study on pathogenesis of hypertension and its prevention measures. Currently the reports on susceptibility gene of salt-sensitivity exist large differences,those may be due to racial differences, eating habits, environmental factors, gene-environment interaction and the sample size etc. This paper reviews the present status of the salt sensitivity related genes, and the following gene can be used as salt sensitivity of blood pressure candidate gene, gene of sodium pump, gene ofα-adducin, gene of insulin receptor beta subunits,gene of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE), part of the gene of Kallikrein-Kinin System(KKS), gene of soluble guanylate cyclase(Sgc) etc.
