目的:了解我院临床病原菌分类分布以及抗菌药物耐药情况的变化,为今后抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考依据。方法回顾分析我院2010~2012年病原学培养和药敏结果。结果共收集河南省人民医院2010、2011以及2012年全年实验室阳性标本共计16791例,大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌均排在每年前五位,其中金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺敏感性最好,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对碳青霉烯类保持较高敏感性,铜绿假单胞菌对氨基糖苷类敏感性最高,鲍曼不动杆菌药物敏感率普遍较低。结论病原菌的耐药性不断变化,合理使用抗菌药物与加强耐药菌检测十分重要。

목적:료해아원림상병원균분류분포이급항균약물내약정황적변화,위금후항균약물적합리응용제공삼고의거。방법회고분석아원2010~2012년병원학배양화약민결과。결과공수집하남성인민의원2010、2011이급2012년전년실험실양성표본공계16791례,대장애희균、동록가단포균、포만불동간균、금황색포도구균、폐염극뢰백균균배재매년전오위,기중금황색포도구균대만고매소、리내서알민감성최호,대장애희균、폐염극뢰백균대탄청매희류보지교고민감성,동록가단포균대안기당감류민감성최고,포만불동간균약물민감솔보편교저。결론병원균적내약성불단변화,합리사용항균약물여가강내약균검측십분중요。
Objective To provide a reference frame for rational use of antibacterial drugs through investigating the distribution, classification, the changes of drug resistance of clinical bacteria in our hospital. Methods The bacterial culture and drug sensitive experiment results in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 16 791 positive laboratory samples of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were collected,Positive specimens of laboratory were 16971 cases, the escherichia colibacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, acinetobacter baumannii, pneumonia crayresearch bacteria ranked top five each year, the sensitivity of escherichia coli and pneumonia crayresearch bacteria to carbapenems remained was higher,the sensitivity of pseudomonas aeruginosa to aminoglycoside was highest,The drug sensitivity rates of bauman acinetobacter were were generally low. Conclusion Pathogen resistance is constantly changing,rational use of antimicrobial drugs and strengthening resistant testing is necessary.
