针对地方本科院校凝炼办学特色，提高人才培养质量、满足地方经济社会发展需求而创建一种全新理念的实践育人模式。根据实践育人培养需求构建了以学习过程为导向的课程教学体系、实践教学体系和社会实践活动的长效机制，突破了实践师资“短板”，走特色人才强校之路。

A new practical teaching and training mode was constructed to help local undergraduate universities condense school-running characteristics, improve the quality of talent training, and satisfy the need of local economical and social development. Based on the requirements of practice teaching and training, the paper established a long-term mechanism including teaching system with the orientation of learning process, a practice teaching system and a social practice system, and suggested to promote practice teachers' professional development, enrich practice teaching staff and carry out the strategy of strengthening universities through human resource development.
