水冷保护屏的材质由锅炉钢、不锈钢、锻造铜板改为纯铜;工艺由锅炉钢、不锈钢板冷弯、焊接,锻造铜板的机械加工、焊接制造改为主体部分用电解铜材料上引铸造;悬挂和水口零件部分与主体焊接。利用纯铜材质的高效导热率、隔磁性、耐腐蚀性,有效地降低自身的温度,使用寿命大大提高。并且废旧的保护屏回收价值很高,可大大降低二次投资成本,值得推广。
水冷保護屏的材質由鍋爐鋼、不鏽鋼、鍛造銅闆改為純銅;工藝由鍋爐鋼、不鏽鋼闆冷彎、銲接,鍛造銅闆的機械加工、銲接製造改為主體部分用電解銅材料上引鑄造;懸掛和水口零件部分與主體銲接。利用純銅材質的高效導熱率、隔磁性、耐腐蝕性,有效地降低自身的溫度,使用壽命大大提高。併且廢舊的保護屏迴收價值很高,可大大降低二次投資成本,值得推廣。

In the new design , the materials of water-cooling shield include boiler steel , stainless steel and pure copper that is changed from forged copper plate , its manufacturing process is cold bending and welding of boiler steel and stainless steel , and upward casting of pure copper for the main part of the shield which is changed from machining and welding of forged copper plate , the hung parts and water in-let ( or outlet ) parts are welded to the main part .Pure copper has good heat conductivity , magnetic isola-tion and corrosion resistance , can lower its temperature effectively , and greatly improve its service life . The shield has highly recovery value that can reduce reinvestment cost remarkably .As a result, the pro-motion of the new method has a bright future .
