利用Formaster热膨胀仪和金相法,测定了薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产的高碳高强度75Cr1钢的CCT曲线,测得临界点Ac1.Ac3和Ms。使用扫描电镜和硬度仪分析表明,薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产的75Cr1钢的淬火组织细小均匀,硬度高,比传统工艺生产的75Cr1钢的淬透性好。
利用Formaster熱膨脹儀和金相法,測定瞭薄闆坯連鑄連軋工藝生產的高碳高彊度75Cr1鋼的CCT麯線,測得臨界點Ac1.Ac3和Ms。使用掃描電鏡和硬度儀分析錶明,薄闆坯連鑄連軋工藝生產的75Cr1鋼的淬火組織細小均勻,硬度高,比傳統工藝生產的75Cr1鋼的淬透性好。

Using Formaster dilatometer and metallographic method ,the CCT diagram of 75Cr1 steel pro-duced by thin slab continuous casting and rolling process was measured .The critical points are Ac1,Ac3 and Ms.Analysis by hardness tester and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) showed that quenched 75 Cr1 steel produced by CSP has fine and uniform microstructure and high hardness ,and its hardenability was superior to that of the steel produced by traditional process .
