本文对帘线钢铸坯氧化物夹杂的分布进行了研究,发现帘线钢铸坯氧化物夹杂尺寸及数量分布与铸坯疏松密切相关。在铸坯疏松位置,夹杂物尺寸大,且数量多。通过优化脱氧工艺与连铸工艺,有利于消除铸坯疏松、减小夹杂物尺寸和数量。
本文對簾線鋼鑄坯氧化物夾雜的分佈進行瞭研究,髮現簾線鋼鑄坯氧化物夾雜呎吋及數量分佈與鑄坯疏鬆密切相關。在鑄坯疏鬆位置,夾雜物呎吋大,且數量多。通過優化脫氧工藝與連鑄工藝,有利于消除鑄坯疏鬆、減小夾雜物呎吋和數量。

On the study of oxide inclusion in cord steel bloom , it is found that the distribution of the number and size of oxide inclusion in cord steel is closely related with the porosity .In porous position , both the size and number of inclusions are large .All optimization measures of deoxidation and the contin-uous casting are conducive to eliminating porosity and improving bloom quality .
