目的：评价重建锁定接骨板治疗复杂不稳定型髋臼骨折的疗效。方法采用重建锁定接骨板治疗复杂不稳定型髋臼骨折25例，术后进行科学的功能锻炼。随访6～12月，平均8.3月。结果本组所有25例骨折均愈合，平均骨折愈合时间5.5月。髋关节功能均恢复正常。髋关节功能：优23例，良2例。无断板、断钉、退钉及感染，无下肢静脉血栓形成及周围神经血管损伤的并发症。结论重建锁定接骨板可塑形便于更好固定骨折，且固定牢靠。故重建锁定接骨板可应用于复杂不稳定型髋臼骨折的治疗。
목적：평개중건쇄정접골판치료복잡불은정형관구골절적료효。방법채용중건쇄정접골판치료복잡불은정형관구골절25례，술후진행과학적공능단련。수방6～12월，평균8.3월。결과본조소유25례골절균유합，평균골절유합시간5.5월。관관절공능균회복정상。관관절공능：우23례，량2례。무단판、단정、퇴정급감염，무하지정맥혈전형성급주위신경혈관손상적병발증。결론중건쇄정접골판가소형편우경호고정골절，차고정뢰고。고중건쇄정접골판가응용우복잡불은정형관구골절적치료。
Objective To evaluate the reconstruction plate to treat complex unstable acetabular fractures. Method reconstruction plate to treat complex unstable acetabular fractures in 12 cases, postoperative functional exercise science. Fol owed up for 6 to 12 months, average 8.3 months.[Results] The group, al fractures healed in 12 cases, the average healing time of 5.5 months. Returned to normal hip function. Hip joint function: excellent in 10 cases, good in 2 cases. No broken plates, broken nails, nail withdrawal and infection, deep venous thrombosis and peripheral nerve complications of vascular injury.[Conclusion] The bone plate can be re-shaping to facilitate better fracture fixation and rigid fixation. Therefore, reconstruction plate can be applied to complex unstable acetabular fracture.
