目的:探讨PBL+LBL双轨教学模式的留学生教学效果。方法依据前期留学生教学中存在的问题,结合PBL及LBL教学模式的特点,在留学生儿科学教学重点及难点章节-先天性心脏病的临床见习中采用PBL+LBL双轨教学模式(3/4 PBL+1/4 LBL)。结果 PBL+LBL双轨教学模式(3/4 PBL+1/4 LBL)下,临床见习中学生接受度高,课堂效果评价、试卷考试效果评价及实际应用能力效果评价均良好,达到了提高留学生教学质量的目的,获得了留学生好评。结论:PBL+LBL双轨教学模式临床见习效果好,值得进一步探索。

목적:탐토PBL+LBL쌍궤교학모식적류학생교학효과。방법의거전기류학생교학중존재적문제,결합PBL급LBL교학모식적특점,재류학생인과학교학중점급난점장절-선천성심장병적림상견습중채용PBL+LBL쌍궤교학모식(3/4 PBL+1/4 LBL)。결과 PBL+LBL쌍궤교학모식(3/4 PBL+1/4 LBL)하,림상견습중학생접수도고,과당효과평개、시권고시효과평개급실제응용능력효과평개균량호,체도료제고류학생교학질량적목적,획득료류학생호평。결론:PBL+LBL쌍궤교학모식림상견습효과호,치득진일보탐색。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical practice under PBL and LBL double-track teaching model. Methods Based on the inherent characteristics of the international students, considering the advantages of problem-based learning (PBL) and lecture-based learning (LBL) modes, double-track teaching mode combined PBL and LBL (3/4 PBL and 1/4 LBL) was adopted in the clinical practice teaching of congenital heart disease, which is one of the key points and difficult sections of pediatrics. Results Under the double-track teaching model of combined PBL and LBL (3/4 PBL and 1/4 LBL), the results showed there existed high degree of students acceptance. Evaluations of class teaching effects, final test and practical application ability were al perfect. Double-track teaching mode has improved the teaching and learning quality of has been praised highly by the international students. Conclusion There have perfect effects in clinical practice under double-track teaching model combined PBL and LBL. And it is worth to have further research about PBL and LBL combined teaching model.
