This paper proposes that seeking truth from facts is the inherent relation between ideology route and scientiifc outlook on development. In order to stick to the“people-oriented”policy, it is necessary to combine existence and consciousness, theory and practice, as well as goal and path. In doing so, Marxist scientiifc world outlook and the dialectical understanding of the methodology can be uniifed in practice. Therefore, the construction of a harmonious society can be accelerated.
