某石化企业4号汽轮机组(国产C12-3.43/0.981型调整抽汽式汽轮机)在启动过程中排汽缸存在炉侧与电侧水平方向温差大的现象,通过理论分析和有限元模拟,探明了此现象的机理,给出了消除启动过程排汽缸水平方向大温差现象的措施。

In the startup process of the No .4 steam turbine unit ( domestic C12 -3.43/0.981 adjustment extraction turbine ) in a petrochemical industry enterprise ,a large temperature difference was found in the horizontal direction between the furnace side and generator side of the exhaust hood .The mechanism of this phenomenon was ascertained by theoretical analysis and finite element simulation , and the measures were given to eliminate the large temperature difference in the horizontal direction during starting process .
