以某重型燃气轮机压气机的第15级为研究对象,采用端弯叶片技术对其静叶进行改型,通过数值模拟研究了静叶改型对压气机气动性能的影响。数值模拟结果表明:通过端弯叶片改型,能够有效地抑制端区分离流动,从而明显提高压气机的效率和压比。
以某重型燃氣輪機壓氣機的第15級為研究對象,採用耑彎葉片技術對其靜葉進行改型,通過數值模擬研究瞭靜葉改型對壓氣機氣動性能的影響。數值模擬結果錶明:通過耑彎葉片改型,能夠有效地抑製耑區分離流動,從而明顯提高壓氣機的效率和壓比。

The effects of remodeling of stator on aerodynamic performance of compressor are numerically investigated based on 15 th stage of a heavy gas turbine compressor , the end-bend blade technology was adopted for retrofitting of stator in simulation.Numerical simulation results show that the end-bend blade can control effectively the separation flow at the corner zone,and increase the efficiency and the pressure ratio greatly .
