为确定梳齿式采棉机关键部件的参数,优化其结构设计,分析采摘部件的结构及工作原理,建立采摘部件工作参数之间的数学模型,同时利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对锯齿滚筒进行结构静力分析。分析结果表明,锯齿滚筒的最大变形极小,能够满足实际工作需求。

The purpose of the research was to confirm the key components parameters of the Serrated Roller on the Cotton Stripper Finger and Optimize its structural design. On the basis of analyzing its structure and working principle, the mathematical model between working parameters of picking parts was established in this paper, and the structural analysis of the Serrated Roller was conducted by using ANSYS software. The results show that the maximum deformation of the serrated roller was tiny and it can meet the actual work requirements.
