在不同强度的干旱胁迫下,对羊草幼苗中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白含量和游离脯氨酸含量指标进行测定。结果表明,羊草在干旱胁迫下能够通过增加保护酶活性抵御不良环境,同时羊草在干旱胁迫下具有较强渗透调节能力,抗旱性较强。
在不同彊度的榦旱脅迫下,對羊草幼苗中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化物酶(POD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白含量和遊離脯氨痠含量指標進行測定。結果錶明,羊草在榦旱脅迫下能夠通過增加保護酶活性牴禦不良環境,同時羊草在榦旱脅迫下具有較彊滲透調節能力,抗旱性較彊。

Superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), soluble protein content and proline content index were measured on the seedlings of L. chinensis under different intensity of drought stress. The results indicated that L. chinensis can withstand adverse environment by in-creasing the activity of protective enzymes under drought stress, so L. chinensis have a strong os-motic adjustment ability under drought stress, and had strong.drought resistance was ability.
