本研究建立了气相色谱法测定饲料香味剂中大茴香脑、d-柠檬烯、香芹酚的方法。试样经丙酮提取后,用GC测定大茴香脑、d-柠檬烯和香芹酚。大茴香脑、d-柠檬烯和香芹酚的线性范围为1.0~500.0μg/mL。大茴香脑、d-柠檬烯和香芹酚在浓度为1~10 g/kg添加水平时的回收率分别在96.2%~101.5%、97.1%~102.5%和96.5%~99.8%,RSD分别为1.3%、1.5%和1.1%。方法定量限为50 mg/kg。本方法对饲料香味剂中大茴香脑、d-柠檬烯和香芹酚的检测分析准确性高、重现性好。

본연구건립료기상색보법측정사료향미제중대회향뇌、d-저몽희、향근분적방법。시양경병동제취후,용GC측정대회향뇌、d-저몽희화향근분。대회향뇌、d-저몽희화향근분적선성범위위1.0~500.0μg/mL。대회향뇌、d-저몽희화향근분재농도위1~10 g/kg첨가수평시적회수솔분별재96.2%~101.5%、97.1%~102.5%화96.5%~99.8%,RSD분별위1.3%、1.5%화1.1%。방법정량한위50 mg/kg。본방법대사료향미제중대회향뇌、d-저몽희화향근분적검측분석준학성고、중현성호。
An effective method was developed to determine anethole、d-limonene and carvacrol in fodder flavouring agent by GC. The anethole、d-limonene and carvacrol were extracted from fodder flavouring agent with acetone and were determined by GC. Recoveries of anethole、d-limonene and car-vacrol were 96.2%~101.5%, 97.1%~102.5% and 96.5%~99.8%.Relative standard deviations were 1.3%, 1.5% and 1.1%. The lower determination limits were 50mg/kg. The method is effective and accurate for determining anethole, d-limonene and carvacrol in fodder flavouring agent.
