综采用纳米橡胶为主要增韧材料,以多官能环氧树脂为主粘料,配合改性脂环胺固化剂及多种耐高温辅助材料,制备了一种常温固化耐高温双组分环氧胶粘剂。室温固化后,常温拉剪强度大于20 MPa,150℃拉剪强度大于5 MPa,180℃拉剪强度大于2.5 MPa。适用于室温到160℃的多种场合,可以满足多种特殊工况下的应用。

The title product was made using the nanometer rubber as the main flexibilizer,the multi-function epoxy resin as the main binder,the modified alicyclic amine as the hardner and multiple high temperature resistant auxiliary materials.After curing at room temperature,the tensile shear strength of the cured is over 20 MPa at room temperature,over 5 MPa at 150℃ and over 2.5 MPa at 180℃,respectively.It is suitable for the workplaces with 25℃-160℃ and can meet the application requirements of some special operating conditions.
