本文主要阐述了周围性面瘫针刺透穴治疗的方法、体会和分析。①在周围性面瘫与中枢性面瘫诊断上的鉴别是临床医生的基本要求。②对中枢性面瘫的诊断一定要借助于现代设备，如CT、MRI等加以鉴别。③明确诊断后采用针刺透穴的方法可以缩短病程。笔者提出周围性面瘫切勿用磁疗仪（TDP）烘烤，避免造成不可逆转的后果。

the experience and analysis method,this paper mainly expounds the acupuncture points through the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. The one in the dif erential diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis and central facial palsy diagnosis is a basic requirement of clinicians. Secondly,the diagnosis of central paralysis must use the modern equipment,such as CT,MRI,identification. Furthermore,methods of diagnosis by acupuncture scalp point through point can shorten the course of disease. The author puts forward the peripheral facial paralysis do not use magnetic therapy instrument (TDP) baking,avoid irreversible consequences.
