在中小学接受城市化取向的乡村教育,之后又在大学接受过城市文化全面洗礼的农村籍学生,在回乡任教重新适应母文化--乡村文化过程中,遭受到了学者斯格兹(Scheuts)提出的“逆向文化冲击”,这种冲击解决合理与否,不仅会影响乡村新手教师正常的工作生活,乡村学生良好文化心态的形成,甚至还会影响到乡村教师队伍的稳定。造成这种逆向文化冲击原因主要是乡村新手个人的认识问题、乡村教育与乡村学校的远离、文化进化论和城乡发展的巨大不平衡等因素。良好的文化适应需要个人、学校和国家的齐心合力。
在中小學接受城市化取嚮的鄉村教育,之後又在大學接受過城市文化全麵洗禮的農村籍學生,在迴鄉任教重新適應母文化--鄉村文化過程中,遭受到瞭學者斯格玆(Scheuts)提齣的“逆嚮文化遲擊”,這種遲擊解決閤理與否,不僅會影響鄉村新手教師正常的工作生活,鄉村學生良好文化心態的形成,甚至還會影響到鄉村教師隊伍的穩定。造成這種逆嚮文化遲擊原因主要是鄉村新手箇人的認識問題、鄉村教育與鄉村學校的遠離、文化進化論和城鄉髮展的巨大不平衡等因素。良好的文化適應需要箇人、學校和國傢的齊心閤力。

In primary and secondary schools accepting urbanization oriented rural education, and later at the University of comprehensive urban culture received baptism rural students in their hometowns to teach the mother to re-adapt to the culture-culture in the country, suffered a scholar Scheuts (Scheuts) proposed"reverse culture shock"to solve this impact is reasonable or not, will not only affect rural novice teachers' normal working life, forming a good cultural mentality of rural students, or even affect the stability of rural teachers. Good cultural adaptation needs of individuals, schools and countries united together.
