本文通过分析现有塔式立体车库横移装置存在的问题,设计由直线电机代替原旋转电机的新横移装置布局,采用Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0进行三维模型设计、Workbench对重要零件进行力学仿真验证.利用直线电机可直接输出直线运动,通过初级滑块上安装的垂直立柱结构将驱动力传递至负载,设计尺寸使各部件位置无干涉现象以保障横移正确.该研究使塔式立体车库横移装置结构更紧凑,制动精度更高,降低了对进口部件的依赖程度.

본문통과분석현유탑식입체차고횡이장치존재적문제,설계유직선전궤대체원선전전궤적신횡이장치포국,채용Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0진행삼유모형설계、Workbench대중요령건진행역학방진험증.이용직선전궤가직접수출직선운동,통과초급활괴상안장적수직립주결구장구동력전체지부재,설계척촌사각부건위치무간섭현상이보장횡이정학.해연구사탑식입체차고횡이장치결구경긴주,제동정도경고,강저료대진구부건적의뢰정도.
This paper analyzed for the tower parking garage traverse device .Original prototype device ,instead of the original linear motor by the rotation of the motor .Determine the layout of the new device .Using Pro /Engineer Wildfire 5 .0 for three-dimensional model design , workbench to important parts for mechanical imitation .Linear motion can be output by linear motor directly .Transfer driving force to the load by the pillar that installing primary slider . Design size without interference in the position of parts for transverse right .The study made the tower parking garage make more compact sliding .Accuracy is improved braking .Reduc-ing the need to import key components of dependence .
