差异化战略是我国上市银行的基础性竞争战略,目标在于培育银行的市场竞争力。上市银行差异化战略包括战略导向、数据库建设、产品差异化、分销渠道差异化和形象差异化等策略。基于上市银行的样本数据,借助于结构方程模型,实证性的检验揭示了差异化战略策略对市场竞争力促进的微观机理,发现了财务竞争力、顾客竞争力、内部流程竞争力、学习和成长竞争力的培育路径,从而为上市银行差异化机制的深化提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

The differentiation strategy is the basic competitive strategy, aims at fostering the bank mar-ket competitive. Listed banks differentiation strategy includes strategic guidance, database develop-ment, product differentiation, and image differentiation and distribution channels. Based on the sample data of listed banks and by means of structural equation modeling, empirical tests reveal the microscop-ic mechanism of differentiation strategy and tactics to promote the market competitiveness, and found the fostering path of financial competitiveness, customer competitiveness and internal processes com-petitive, learning and growth competitiveness, which may provide a realistic theory reference for listed banks to deepen differentiation strategy mechanism.
