目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤中总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响,从而为临床应用提供参考。方法取小鼠脾淋巴细胞,加入不同浓度的总黄酮,采用水溶性四唑盐( WST-1)法测定细胞的增殖活性;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测细胞因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量;流式细胞仪检测小鼠脾细胞中CD3+、CD19+细胞。结果各浓度总黄酮组淋巴细胞增殖活性、IL-2、IFN-γ及CD3+细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01))。结论总黄酮可增强免疫功能,但只能提高细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫功能无明显影响。

목적:탐토황기계지오물탕중총황동대소서면역공능적영향,종이위림상응용제공삼고。방법취소서비림파세포,가입불동농도적총황동,채용수용성사서염( WST-1)법측정세포적증식활성;매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)측세포인자백세포개소-2(IL-2)화간우소γ(IFN-γ)함량;류식세포의검측소서비세포중CD3+、CD19+세포。결과각농도총황동조림파세포증식활성、IL-2、IFN-γ급CD3+세포현저고우대조조(P<0.05,P<0.01))。결론총황동가증강면역공능,단지능제고세포면역공능,대체액면역공능무명현영향。
Objective To research the effect of total flavones extracted from Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction on immune function mice on in vitro ,and to provide a reference for the clinical application .Methods Splenic lym-phocyte of mice were extracted ,and stimulated with different concentration flavones .Proliferations of the cells were de-tected with WST-1 assay;IL-2,IFN-γsecreted by the cells were examined with enzyme linked immune sorbent assay ( ELISA);Cell subtypes were checked with flow cytometry ( FCM ) .Results Compared with the control group,proliferation of the cells and concentration of IL -2,IFN-γand CD3 +in different concentration total flavones group increased significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The total flavones might enhance cellular immune function but not humoral immune function .
