建立了高效液相色谱法测定一次性纸杯中双酚A的分析方法。采用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,3μm)反相色谱柱,以甲醇-水溶液为流动相,光电二级管阵列检测器,检测波长为228nm。线性范围为0.1~100mg·L-1,相关系数为0.9996,方法的回收率为92.1%~96.4%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~5.7%。该方法简便、灵敏准确,能够满足双酚A的检测要求。

A method for the determination of bisphenol A in disposable paper cups by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed. Diamonsil C18(250mm×4. 6 mm,3μm) is used as reversed phase column. The methanol/water solution is mobile phase. The wavelength of photodiode array detector is 228 nm. Its recovery-ratio is 92. 1% ~96. 4%, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9996. The relative standard deviation is 3. 2% ~5. 7%. This HPLC method is simple and convenient,and is easy to control. This analysis method is simple and convenient,sensitive,and be able to meet requirements of the bisphenol A in disposable paper cups.
