采用树脂、葡萄糖作为碳源,掺杂在钛酸四丁酯中,水解后经过独特的煅烧过程,成功合成碳掺杂的TiO2纳米粒子。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、氮气吸附等技术对其进行表征。在可见光与紫外光下降解罗丹明B的实验表明,合成的碳掺杂的TiO2在可见光以及紫外光下均显示了较高的催化活性。

We synthesized carbon-doped titanium oxide nanoparticles by sol-gel process using resin、glucose as carbon source and calcined in special ways. These samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) ,Scanning electron micrograph( SEM) ,BET surface area,UV-Vis spectrometer and We also discussed the relationship of the C-doped TiO2 between it’s BET and crystallize. The C-doped TiO2 was synthesized which photocatalytic activities was very good both under UV-light and Vis-light in degradation of Rhodamine-B.
