目的：观察改良头皮针结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例脑梗死偏瘫患者分为2组。治疗组30例予改良头皮针结合中药补阳还五汤治疗，对照组予针刺疗法。2组共治疗4周，在治疗前后分别采用国际通用的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表（ FMA）及改良Barthel指数评定量表（MBI）评定患者的运动功能和日常生活能力。结果2组治疗后患者FMA及MBI评分均提高（P＜0．05），且治疗组FMA及MBI评分提高更明显（P＜0．05）。治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组70．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论改良头皮针结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死偏瘫，能进一步促进患者偏瘫功能恢复，提高疗效，缩短疗程，针药结合，临床应用效果显著。
목적：관찰개량두피침결합보양환오탕치료뇌경사편탄적림상료효。방법장60례뇌경사편탄환자분위2조。치료조30례여개량두피침결합중약보양환오탕치료，대조조여침자요법。2조공치료4주，재치료전후분별채용국제통용적Fugl-Meyer운동공능평정량표（ FMA）급개량Barthel지수평정량표（MBI）평정환자적운동공능화일상생활능력。결과2조치료후환자FMA급MBI평분균제고（P＜0．05），차치료조FMA급MBI평분제고경명현（P＜0．05）。치료조총유효솔93．3％，대조조70．0％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론개량두피침결합보양환오탕치료뇌경사편탄，능진일보촉진환자편탄공능회복，제고료효，축단료정，침약결합，림상응용효과현저。
Objective To observe the effect of modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral hemiplegia .Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received modified scalp acupuncture .30 cases in treatment group were treated by modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction .The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups .Patients with activities of daily living and motor function were evaluated by Fugl -Meyer Assessment Scale Motor Function ( FMA) and Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale ( MBI) before and after treatment .Results FMA and MBI scores after treatment were advanced in two groups (P<0.05).The increase of FMA and MBI scores in treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%.The total effective rate in control group was 70.0%.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate (P<0.05).Con-clusion Modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can further promote functional recov -ery in patients with hemiplegia , enhance efficacy , shorten the course of treatment ,and has significant clinical effect on the treatment of cerebral hemiplegia .
