目的：观察中西医结合治疗难治性消化性溃疡愈合质量的临床疗效。方法将100例难治性消化性溃疡患者，随机分为2组。对照组50例给予西药兰索拉唑治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用健胃消炎颗粒治疗。治疗3个月后统计2组的临床疗效、溃疡愈合质量、幽门螺杆菌（ Hp）根除效果及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率96．0％，对照组82．0％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。胃镜下溃疡愈合情况及溃疡愈合质量，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。2组治疗后Hp根除率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。停药后6个月、9个月2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组明显低于对照组。结论采用中西医结合治疗难治消化性溃疡，能减轻患者的临床症状，促进溃疡愈合，提高溃疡愈合质量，降低复发率，疗效确切。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료난치성소화성궤양유합질량적림상료효。방법장100례난치성소화성궤양환자，수궤분위2조。대조조50례급여서약란색랍서치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용건위소염과립치료。치료3개월후통계2조적림상료효、궤양유합질량、유문라간균（ Hp）근제효과급복발정황。결과치료조총유효솔96．0％，대조조82．0％，치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0．05）。위경하궤양유합정황급궤양유합질량，치료조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。2조치료후Hp근제솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。정약후6개월、9개월2조복발솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조명현저우대조조。결론채용중서의결합치료난치소화성궤양，능감경환자적림상증상，촉진궤양유합，제고궤양유합질량，강저복발솔，료효학절。
Objective To study clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of refractory peptic ulcer .Methods 100 patients diagnosed refractory peptic ulcer were divided into two groups randomly .50 cases in control group were treated by lansoprazole .Treatment group received Jianwei Xiaoyan granule on the basis of control group treatment .The clinical effect , healing condition and quality , HP eradication rate and recurrence were analyzed after three months of treatment .Result The total effective rate of experiment group was 96.0%, that of control group was 82.0%, there were statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The ulcer healing condition and ulcer healing quality under gastroscope in experiment group were better than that in control group (P<0.05).The HP eradication rate of experiment group were better than control group , there were statistical difference (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in experiment group was lower than that in control group after six and nine months of withdrawal (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of refractory peptic ulcer was good at to alleviate clinical symptoms , promote healing condition and quality .And the clin-ical effect was affirmative and significant .
