采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通载玻片上制备了锐钛矿型TiO2和Fe/TiO2薄膜,并通过SEM、XRD、XPS、AFM和PAS等技术对其进行表征。结果表明,铁离子掺入后,TiO2薄膜变得更加致密,铁离子以Fe2 O3的形式存在,0.1%Fe/TiO2薄膜的正电子寿命最长。在可见光照射下,TiO2薄膜表现为明显的亲水性。对于Fe/TiO2薄膜,随着铁掺杂量的增加,亲水性呈先增加后趋于平衡的趋势,镀膜5层、450℃焙烧时薄膜的亲水性最佳。

Transparent TiO2 thin films and Fe-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared by the sol-gel method on the glass substrates. The as-prepared samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS,AFM and PAS,the result of which show that the addition of Fe can suppress the grain growth of TiO2 thin films,Fe ions are in the form of Fe2 O3 and when the content of Fe-doped is 0. 1%,the life-time of positron films is the longest. The changes of the hydrophilicity of the films under visible light illumination were investiga-ted. The pure TiO2 thin films can be entirely wetted by water after visible light illumination and shows good hydrophilicity. The hy-drophilicity of TiO2 films are first increase and then tend to balance with increase in Fe ions doped,when the layers of films is five and the temperature of calcination is 450℃,the hydrophilicity is the best.
