目的：讨论输卵管三结套扎方法在绝育术中的应用。方法：通过1161例经腹输卵管结扎术3种结扎方法结扎输卵管，比较3种结扎方法的优缺点。结果：术中出血量：A组和B组均少，C组较多；手术时间：A组、B组较短， C组较长；术后并发症：术后3个月内宫内妊娠A组、B组、C组各1例。结论：输卵管三结套扎方法手术时间较短，血管损伤轻、术中的出血量少、输卵管损伤最轻，感染的机会和远期并发症均较少，相对另外两种方法是一种较好的输卵管结扎手术方法。

목적：토론수란관삼결투찰방법재절육술중적응용。방법：통과1161례경복수란관결찰술3충결찰방법결찰수란관，비교3충결찰방법적우결점。결과：술중출혈량：A조화B조균소，C조교다；수술시간：A조、B조교단， C조교장；술후병발증：술후3개월내궁내임신A조、B조、C조각1례。결론：수란관삼결투찰방법수술시간교단，혈관손상경、술중적출혈량소、수란관손상최경，감염적궤회화원기병발증균교소，상대령외량충방법시일충교호적수란관결찰수술방법。
Objective:To discuss the application of fallopian tube three junction ligation method in sterilization.Methods:We compared the advantages and disadvantages of 3 kinds of abdominal tubal ligation methods in 1161 cases.Results:The amount of bleeding:the group of A and B were less,C group was more;the operation time:the group of A and B were shorter,C group was longer;postoperative complications:within 3 months after operation,the group of A,B,C had 1 cases of uterine pregnancy in each. Conclusion:The fallopian tube three junction ligation method have shorten operation time,blood vessel damage light,less blood loss in operation,the lightest tubal damage,less chance of infection and complications.It is a better operation of tubal ligation method compare to the other two methods.
