目的：观察山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死合并高脂血症的临床疗效及对同型半胱氨酸（ Hcy）的影响。方法将120例风痰阻络型脑梗死合并高脂血症患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予西医对症加辛伐他汀治疗，治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加山楂降脂丸治疗，2组均4周为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。检测2组治疗前后胆固醇（ TC）、甘油三酯（ TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ LDL-L ）及Hcy水平变化情况；统计临床疗效及中医症候疗效。结果2组总有效率及中医症候总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-L及Hcy与本组治疗前比较均明显改善（P＜0．05），且治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀可降低风痰阻络型脑梗死合并高脂血症患者血脂及Hcy水平，疗效确切。
목적：관찰산사강지환연합신벌타정치료풍담조락형뇌경사합병고지혈증적림상료효급대동형반광안산（ Hcy）적영향。방법장120례풍담조락형뇌경사합병고지혈증환자수궤분위2조。대조조60례여서의대증가신벌타정치료，치료조60례재대조조치료기출상가산사강지환치료，2조균4주위1개료정，공치료3개료정。검측2조치료전후담고순（ TC）、감유삼지（ TG）、저밀도지단백담고순（ LDL-L ）급Hcy수평변화정황；통계림상료효급중의증후료효。결과2조총유효솔급중의증후총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조우우대조조。2조치료후TC、TG、LDL-L급Hcy여본조치료전비교균명현개선（P＜0．05），차치료조개선우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론산사강지환연합신벌타정가강저풍담조락형뇌경사합병고지혈증환자혈지급Hcy수평，료효학절。
Objective To observe the effect of Shanzhajiangzhi pill combined with simvastatin on the wind phlegm obstruction type winding cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia and homocysteine ( Hcy ) .Methods 120 cases of the wind phlegm obstruction type winding cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in control group received western medicine simvastatin .60 cases in treatment group were treated by Shanzhajiangzhi pill combined with simvastatin .The course was four weeks in two groups .The therapeutic duration was three courses .The changes of TC , TG and LDL-C levels before and after treatment were detected .Results There were significant differences between two groups on the total effective rate and effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and signs (P<0.05).Those of treatment group were superior to those of control group .TC, TG, LDL-C and Hcy after treatment were significantly improved ad compared with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Shanzhajiangzhi pill combined with simvastatin can decrease the level of blood lipid and Hcy in patients of the wind phlegm obstruction type winding cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia , and has definite effect.
