随着我国钢管制造业突飞猛进的发展，对钢管倒棱机有必要采用优化设计。其中钢管倒棱机的动力源头---床头箱是核心部件。床头箱的传动性能好坏大大影响了整机的使用效果。为了改善钢管倒棱机床头箱主轴齿轮的运载性能，文章在分析直齿轮结构与斜齿轮结构的不同特点的基础上，把主轴齿轮由直齿轮结构改为斜齿轮结构的设计方案。

With the development of China's steel pipe manufacturing industry by leaps and bounds, the optimized de-sign is necessary for steel pipe chamfering machine. The headstock, one of the steel pipe chamfering machine power source, is the core part. Headstock transmission performance greatly affects the use effect of the machine. In order to im-prove the performance of shaft gear for pipe chamfering machine head box and based on the analysis of straight gear structure and the different characteristics of the helical gear, the straight gear structure for the spindle gear is changed into helical gear structure.
