以2K-V型减速机为研究对象,分析了2K-V型减速机型典型零件在理想状态下的受力情况,并利用等价力学模型的方法,考虑零件的装配误差、制造误差及间隙等非线性因素时的典型零件的受力情况,研究成果对进一步优化提高2K-V减速机的性能奠定了良好的基础。
以2K-V型減速機為研究對象,分析瞭2K-V型減速機型典型零件在理想狀態下的受力情況,併利用等價力學模型的方法,攷慮零件的裝配誤差、製造誤差及間隙等非線性因素時的典型零件的受力情況,研究成果對進一步優化提高2K-V減速機的性能奠定瞭良好的基礎。

taking reducer 2 k - V as the research object, this paper analyses the force status of typical parts for 2 k- V reducer under the ideal state, and considers the assembly error and manufacture error of parts and the nonlinear factors with the method of equivalent mechanical model. The research result has established a super foundation for further optimizing the performance of reducer 2K-V. such as force of the typical parts, and the research results to further opti-mization improve the performance of the 2 k - V reducer laid a good foundation.
