目的：探讨根管治疗中四手操作技术的护理配合，进一步提高临床治疗效果。方法选取广东省深圳市第二人民医院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的行根管治疗手术的患者90例进行研究，按照随机分组原则划分为观察组和对照组患者（，n=45）。观察组患者采用四手操作技术进行护理配合，对照组患者未采用四手操作护理配合，对两组患者的治疗及护理效果进行观察和对比分析。结果观察组45例患者在根管治疗过程中，在平均治疗时间方面较对照组显著减少，在充填质量和护理满意度方面较对照组明显提高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者经过根管治疗后均痊愈。结论根管治疗中应用四手操作技术进行护理配合，有助于缩短治疗时间和提高充填质量和护理满意度，对提高根管治疗的效果具有重要意义。
목적：탐토근관치료중사수조작기술적호리배합，진일보제고림상치료효과。방법선취광동성심수시제이인민의원2010년1월～2012년1월수치적행근관치료수술적환자90례진행연구，안조수궤분조원칙화분위관찰조화대조조환자（，n=45）。관찰조환자채용사수조작기술진행호리배합，대조조환자미채용사수조작호리배합，대량조환자적치료급호리효과진행관찰화대비분석。결과관찰조45례환자재근관치료과정중，재평균치료시간방면교대조조현저감소，재충전질량화호리만의도방면교대조조명현제고，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자경과근관치료후균전유。결론근관치료중응용사수조작기술진행호리배합，유조우축단치료시간화제고충전질량화호리만의도，대제고근관치료적효과구유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the nursing in the treatment of four hand operation of the root canal, and further improve the clinical treatment effect. Method From January 2010 to January 2012, 90 cases in the hospital were treated with root canal therapy of operation were studied, in accordance with the principle of randomizationis the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,45 patients in each group, the observation group were treated by four hand operation to carry out nursing,the control group were without hand operation nursing, observation and contrast analysis were made on the treatment and nursing of two patients. Results The average treatment time in observation group in the course of root canal treatment were significantly decreased than the control group, significant improvement in filling quality and nursing satisfaction, contrast the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of patients were cured after root canal therapy. Conclusion The application and nursing cooperation off our hand operation in root canal therapy, helps to shorten the treatment time and improve the quality of filling and nursing satisfaction, to improve the effect of root canal therapy has important significance.
