The role of soil and water conservation monitoring is providing basis for deepening water and soil erosion control,and providing support for supervision enforcement,environmental remediation and compensation.In this paper, Shijiazhuang Koutou Reservoir Project is adopted as an example.Water and soil conservation monitoring contents and methods are described for providing reference to similar projects monitoring in the future.
