对国产EA1N材质车轴疲劳性能进行研究,分别对不同含碳量的EA1N车轴光滑小试样和缺口小试样进行高周旋转弯曲试验,进过107次旋转弯曲循环负载后,试样50%以上试样未有损伤或断裂。含碳量较高的试样疲劳强度更高。
對國產EA1N材質車軸疲勞性能進行研究,分彆對不同含碳量的EA1N車軸光滑小試樣和缺口小試樣進行高週鏇轉彎麯試驗,進過107次鏇轉彎麯循環負載後,試樣50%以上試樣未有損傷或斷裂。含碳量較高的試樣疲勞彊度更高。
