缺乳是产后常见的疾病，又称“产后乳汁不行”，多发生在产后第2、3d至1周之内，也可发生在整个哺乳期，若乳汁不足可以影响婴儿的生长发育，或乳汁郁滞而乳汁不下可致乳房胀硬加重，继则红肿缩热，则为乳痈发生之先兆，也给家庭经济负担。导师本着补益气血，佐以疏肝理气下乳的原则，自拟经验方治疗，疗效显著。
