铁路工程建设标准直接决定了铁路建设水平,通过对现行铁路牵引变电设计标准与电力行业相关标准在体系结构、规范深广度、条文内容等方面进行对比分析,提出现行铁路牵引变电设计标准应在GIS配电装置、防火、220kV牵引变压器继电保护配置及与牵引变电所土建相关接口等方面参照电力行业相关标准予以补充或新增专用标准,以达到进一步完善铁路有关技术标准,提升铁路牵引变电设计水平的目的。

Considering that the railway engineering construction standards directly determine the level of railway construction, this paper made a contrastive analysis between the current railway traction substation design standards and the relevant electric power industry standards, from the aspects of standard system structure, standard depth and width, standard clauses and contents. On that basis, this paper made a suggestion:the current railway traction substation design standards should be supplemented by reference to the relevant electric power industry standards, or some specialized standards should be added to the railway standard system, involving the issues of GIS power distribution device, fire prevention, 220 kV traction transformer relay protection device, and the interfaces in relation to the civil engineering of traction substation. In this way, the railway technical standard system can be further refined, and the design level of railway traction substation can be improved.
